Introduction
This kit adopts a new one-step lysis technology, a unique buffer formula that combines the three steps of bacterial resuspension, lysis and neutralization in the SDS alkaline lysis method into one step, and with advanced silica gel membrane adsorption technology, it can efficiently and specifically bind plasmid DNA and effectively remove proteins, genomic DNA and other impurities. The eluted high-quality plasmid DNA can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, and transformation.
