Introduction
Based on the traditional alkaline lysis method of extraction plasmids, combined with extraction and column purification nucleic acid technology, it is suitable for the extraction of up to 30 μg of ultra-high purity plasmid DNA from 1-5 ml of bacterial culture. It is particularly suitable for eukaryotic cell transfection experiments that are very sensitive to plasmid purity.
