Introduction
Column purification techniques used to purify plasmid DNA larger than 10 kb may result in fragmentation of the obtained plasmid DNA. This kit specifically uses the precipitation method to purify plasmid DNA, and the purification conditions are very gentle, avoiding the degradation of large fragments of plasmid DNA.
