Introduction
Based on the alkaline lysis method of extraction plasmids, combined with column purification technology, it is suitable for the extraction of up to 40 μg of ultra-high purity plasmid DNA from 5-15 ml bacterial cultures. It is particularly suitable for eukaryotic cell transfection experiments that are very sensitive to plasmid purity.
