Introduction
The Plasmid Double Mini Extraction kit double the amount of bacterial lysis and neutralization reagents, allowing plasmid DNA to be extracted from more bacterial cultures. Ideal for extracting low-copy plasmid DNA, or applications where higher plasmid yields are desired.
