Introduction
This kit is developed by alkaline lysis extraction plasmid and DNA column purification technology and is suitable for extracting up to 1.5 mg of plasmid DNA from 120-250 ml of bacterial culture (LB medium), suitable for sequencing, in vitro transcription and translation, Restriction enzyme digestion, transformation, eukaryotic cell transfection, gene therapy, DNA vaccines and other molecular biology experiments.
