Introduction

This product is suitable for extracting total RNA from 100-200 mg of plants. The plant tissue was extracted by lysis buffer and Buffer EX to obtain an RNA containing supernatant, supplemented with ethanol and added to the purification column, on which RNA bonded, and the solubilized protein and PCR inhibitor were filtered out. The purified RNA is eluted with RNase-free water and can be immediately used in various molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, Northern blot, Dot blot, mRNA isolation, etc.
