Description
After the strong lysis buffer lysis the various samples, the supernatant containing RNA was separated by a filter column to obtain small RNA fragments such as miRNA, siRNA, and snRNA with a length of 20-200 nt. Small fragments of RNA are then purified by a column and can be used in various molecular biology experiments.

50 ng of miRNA extracted from cultured cells (human) with Simgen miRNA Extraction Kit, was reverse transcribed and diluted 5-fold, and 5 μl of the diluted cDNA was used as a template for qPCR amplification.
