Description
After the paraffin of FFPE tissue samples are dissolved in xylene, the RNA in the tissue is released by proteinase K digestion, free RNA will be bound to the spin column, degraded protein and PCR inhibitors will be filtered and removed, RNA is washed by Buffer WBR, and eluted with RNase-free water, which can be used for various molecular biology experiments.

RNA extracted from human FFPE samples using the Simgen FFPE Total RNA Extraction Kit were reverse transcribed and diluted 2.5-fold, and 5 μl of diluted cDNA was added as a template to the reaction system.
