Description

This product organically combines the guanidine thiocyanate/acid phenol extraction RNA method with column purification technology and is equipped with chloroform replacement reagent Buffer EX to remove genomic DNA by acid phenol extraction. The entire RNA extraction process is equivalent to two purifications, extraction purification and column purification, and finally the high-purity RNA eluted with RNase-free water can be immediately used in various molecular biology experiments.

Examples of experiments

Figure 1: RNA extracted from 1 ml freshly cultured Bacillus subtilis (1-4 are the same sample) using the Simgen Ultra Pure Total RNA Extraction Kit.

Figure 2: In step 2 of the Simgen Ultra Pure Total RNA Extraction Kit, the RNA to be extracted is in the upper aqueous phase.

figure 3: amplification plot of RNA extracted from 50 mg rat muscle tissue (1-4 are the same sample) with Simgen Ultra Pure Total RNA Extraction Kit, treated with Simgen cDNA First Strand Synthesis Kit, and amplified by PCR with Rat-β-actin primers.
