Description

This kit uses a strong lysate to lyse the blood and precipitate hemoglobin in one step. After centrifuging, add the supernatant to the spin column. DNA is bound to the spin column, and the residual protein and PCR inhibitors are filtered and removed, and the DNA is washed once by Buffer WB, and then eluted with Buffer TE, which can be used for various molecular biology experiments.

Experimental data

Table 1: DNA extracted from 300 μl and 600 μl of blood from the same normal human blood sample (one tube in duplicate) with the Rapid Blood DNA Extraction Mini Kit (elute DNA with 100 μl TE buffer)
