Description
After the body fluid sample is dissolved in the viral DNA extraction solution, the viral DNA is released by boiling and the protein is precipitated. The inhibitor is adsorbed by the resin in the viral DNA extract, and the viral DNA dissolved in the supernatant can be obtained by high-speed centrifugation.
