Description
After the tissue sample is digested by proteinase K, the degraded protein is filtered out by column purification technology. Total DNA adsorbed on the spin column and washed by Buffer WA and Buffer WB, which can completely remove the impurities and PCR inhibitors remaining on the spin column. Total DNA eluted directly with Buffer TE or water can be ready for use in various molecular biology experiments.
