Description
This kit has a strong lysis buffer to lyse the virus, and rapidly release the viral DNA. This product eliminates the need for proteinase K digestion and a long centrifugation step to obtain viral nucleic acids for PCR testing, making it ideal for screening positive samples in emergency situations.
