Description

This product is suitable for extracting total DNA from 300~400 mg blood clots. Blood clots do not need to be grinded and are directly digested with Proteinase K. The hemoglobin in blood clot lysate was precipitates by Buffer L7, the DNA in the supernatant binds to the spin column, the degraded protein and PCR inhibitors are filtered and removed, and the DNA on the spin column is washed by Buffer WB and eluted with Buffer TE, which can be used for various molecular biology experiments.
