Description
This kit uses a strong lysis buffer to lyse the blood and precipitate hemoglobin in one step. After the centrifugal supernatant is added to the spin column, the DNA is bound to the spin column, and the residual protein and PCR inhibitors are filtered and removed. DNA is washed by Buffer WB and eluted with Buffer TE, which can be used for various molecular biology experiments.
