Description
This kit eliminates the traditional proteinase K digestion mode and uses an innovative denaturation precipitation method to remove hemoglobin. Column purification technology can completely remove impurities and PCR inhibitors that remain on the spin column. Total DNA eluted with Buffer TE or water can be used immediately for a variety of molecular biology experiments.
