Description
This kit uses a strong lysis buffer to rapidly dissolve oral epithelial cells in saliva, and release DNA, after centrifugation to remove food residues in saliva, the DNA in the supernatant is bounded to the spin column, and the DNA is finally eluted with Buffer TE, and can be immediately used for PCR, sequencing and other related molecular biology experiments.
