Introduction
The kit uses a unique cell lysis system, which does not need to use harmful substances such as phenol and chloroform, and efficiently and specifically adsorbs nucleic acid molecules through the silicon-matrix membrane of the spin column, and then removes the contamination of genomic DNA through DNase treatment, and finally obtains high-purity total RNA.
