Introduction
The original extraction method can quickly remove impurities such as proteolytic hydrolysates, lipids, polysaccharides, phenol derivatives, pigments, etc., and the obtained aqueous phase containing nucleic acids can be directly added to the spin column for another purification, and high-purity large fragments of genomic DNA can be quickly obtained.
