Magnetic Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit
For extracting viral DNA or viral RNA from a variety of bodily fluid samples.
Magnetic Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit
- Easyoperate, only need to add sample to the 96 deep-well plate.
- Noneed ofproteinase K.
- DNA virus detection sensitivity is increased by more than 5-10 timesthanboiling method.
- RNA virus detection sensitivity is increased by more than 2-5 timesthanTrizol method.
- Carrier RNA effectively increases the detection sensitivity of the virus (stable detection of virus at a concentration of 500 copies/ml in body fluids).
- Applicable instruments: Sim-300 Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor, compatible with the same type of nucleic acid purification instrument

Introduction
This kit is designed for magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction and is suitable for the extraction of various viral RNA or viral DNA from 200 μl plasma, cell-free body fluids (including plasma, serum, urine, CSF, and cell culture supernatant), virus stocks, and virus-infected tissue lysates. The reagents provided in the kit can be prefilled into 2.2 ml 96 deep-well plates, and with the Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor, only the sample needs to be added to the well equipped with Buffer VLM, and the instrument can automatically complete a series of processes such as the release, adsorption, washing and elution of viral nucleic acids, and finally the obtained nucleic acids are dissolved in Buffer TE and can be immediately used for PCR or RT-PCR reactions.

Experimental data
Figure 1: Amplification plot of HCV RT-PCR.
RNA extracted from 5 different concentration of HCV serum with Simgen Magnetic Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit. After RNA reverse transcription, cDNA serves as a template of reaction system. The HCV concentrations in the serum are as follows.
1: 1×106 copies/ml. 2: 1×105 copies/ml. 3: 1×104 copies/ml 4: 1×103 copies/ml. 5: 1×102 copies/ml
