Description
This product is suitable for extracting total DNA from 3-5 pieces of 0.5 cm2 dried blood spot sample. The sample is digested by proteinase K to release DNA, and column purification technology filters and removes degraded proteins and PCR inhibitors to obtain high-purity genomic DNA.
