Description
The kit uses proteinase K to digest proteins from whole blood, cells, or body fluid samples. Total DNA bounded on the spin column is washed with Buffer WA and Buffer WB to completely remove impurities and PCR inhibitors remaining. Total DNA on the spin column can be eluted directly with Buffer TE or water and is ready for use in a variety of molecular biology experiments.
