Introduction
The plant tissue is lysed in a strong lysis buffer and filtered to remove genomic DNA and tissue debris. Column purification technology efficiently removes residual proteins and PCR inhibitors, and RNA is washed with Buffer WA and Buffer WBR, and then eluted with RNase-free water, which can be used for various molecular biology experiments.
