Simzol
For extracting total RNA from various samples such as cells, tissues and fluids of human or animal origin, plants, yeast, bacteria, viral materials, etc.
Simzol
- No need of Chloroform, separate phase extraction by adding water.
- Less reagent amount, only 0.5 ml per sample.
- Less DNA/Proteincontamination, less phenol residue, and high RNA quality
- Suitable for animal and plant cells, tissues, body fluids,Yeast, bacteria, with a high yield of RNA
- miRNAs and long RNA fragments can be isolated simultaneously

Introduction
In homogenized or solubilized samples, Simzol preserves RNA integrity while disrupting cells and lysing cellular components. Simzol does not need to add chloroform, just add RNase-free water and mix and centrifuge, impurities such as DNA, polysaccharides and proteins can be precipitated and removed, RNA is present in the supernatant, and miRNA and large RNA can be isolated by adding ethanol and isopropanol, respectively.
