Description
The extracted total RNA is of high purity, free of contamination by proteins and other impurities. And the RNA can be used for RT-PCR, Real Time RT-PCR, chip analysis, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, Poly (A) screening, in vitro translation and various downstream experiments such as RNase protection analysis and molecular cloning.
