Introduction

The kit uses a strong lysis buffer to lyse biological samples, while denatured protein fractions and cell debris are precipitated from the pellet, and the genomic DNA retained in the supernatant can be adsorbed directly onto the spin column without the need for additional ethanol or high-salt components. The specially designed buffer and spin column can efficiently adsorb only large fragment of genomic DNA and remove RNA without additional RNase digestion.
