Description
The sperm sample was treated with Buffer SP and digested by proteinase K to release DNA, ethanol was added to promote DNA binding to the spin column, degraded proteins and PCR inhibitors were filtered and removed, and the DNA was washed by Buffer WA and Buffer WB, and then eluted with Buffer TE for various molecular biology experiments.
