Introduction

RNA extracted from 4 different concentration of COVID-19 throat swab elution with Simgen Magnetic Swab Elution Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit. After RNA reverse transcription, cDNA serves as a template of reaction system. The COVID-19 concentrations in the swab elution are as follows.
1: 1×106 copies/ml. 2: 1×105 copies/ml. 3: 1×104 copies/ml 4: 1×103 copies/ml.
