Taq DNA polymerase
This product is a 94KD heat-resistant DNA polymerase. The gene of Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase was cloned and transformed into E.coli for expression, and then isolated and extracted. It has the same function as native Taq DNA polymerase. Mg2+ is involved in this reaction, which catalyzes the formation of double-stranded DNA from the 5′ →3′ ends of nucleotides using double-stranded DNA as a template. The Taq DNA polymerase also has 5′→3′ exonuclease activities.
