Species- derived identification kits

This series of products is based on the identification of animal-derived components based on the sequence differences between species in the cytochrome oxidase subunit b (cytb) gene of mitochondrial DNA. The Species-Derived identification PCR mix has been premixed with primers, probes, dNTPs, and other reagents. For experiments, fluorescence PCR detection can be performed by mixing the PCR master reaction solution and Taq DNA polymerase mixture in proportion, and then adding a DNA template. It is suitable for the identification of animal-derived components in food, cosmetics and feed samples.

It can be seen that samples 1 and 2 do not have curves similar to those of positive control, but similar to those of negative control, so it can be judged that the meat product does not contain bovine-derived DNA components.
