The Simgen Sim-100 Micro Spectrophotometer is a new full wavelength micro-volume spectrophotometer that applies the surface tension properties of liquids with a sample volume of 0.5-2 μl. On the detection table, a fixed optical path is pulled out through the contact of the upper and lower arms to achieve rapid, micro, and high-concentration detection, and at the same time, there is no need for consumables such as quartz tubes and capillaries. The high-energy xenon light source provides full-spectrum detection from 190-840 nm and can be turned on and used at any time without the need for warm-up. The instrument is widely used to detect nucleic acids, proteins, cell solutions, microarray samples, and conventional full-wavelength scanning.
