Introduction
This product is no need of phenol/chloroform and is suitable for the extraction of total RNA from 500 mg of juicy plant tissues containing high polysaccharide polyphenols. After the plant tissue is lysed, the released RNA with ethanol added is binds to the spin column, and the solubilized protein and PCR inhibitors are filtered out. After the RNA is washed by two wash buffers, it is eluted with RNase-free water, and can be used for various molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, Northern blot, Dot blot, mRNA isolation, etc.
