Introduction

RNA Later is a liquid, non-toxic tissue preservation reagent. It can rapidly penetrate into histiocytes and protect RNA in situ in non-frozen cells by efficiently inhibiting RNase activity, making it more suitable for tissue gene expression profiling. For the preservation of tissue samples, the tissue can be quickly soaked in RNA Later and stored without causing RNA degradation, so that the sample does not have to be processed immediately and the sample does not have to be frozen in liquid nitrogen.

Storage

The product can be stored at room temperature (0-30℃) for more than 2 years. Cryogenic storage may produce precipitation or crystal precipitation, and the precipitate should be completely dissolved at 37°C before use.
