Introduction
A liquid, guanidine-free, low-toxicity inactivated virus sample preservation reagent. It quickly lysis virus, and keeping the released viral nucleic acid in a stable state. After the pathological samples are obtained, the viral nucleic acid sample preservation solution is added in time to mix, and the pathological samples can be sent to the testing laboratory at room temperature without low-temperature transportation.
Experimental data
Figure1: Pseudovirus was diluted to 106 copies/ml with saliva, mixed with the virus sample preservation solution at a ratio of 1:5, and then divided into two aliquots (1 and 2), 2 in a 37℃ incubator and 1 in -20℃ freezer, RNA was extracted one week later (one tube was repeated for each experimental condition) and the One Step RT-PCR reaction was performed.
