Description
The nucleic acids in various pathogens are released by chemical and mechanical lysis methods, washed by Buffer WA and Buffer WB, and then eluted with Buffer TE, which can be used for various molecular biology experiments.
Specifications
Sample: 400 μl whole blood.
Instrument required: A high-speed centrifuge that can be used for 2 ml centrifuge tubes.
