Description
This product is suitable for extracting total RNA from ≤105 cells. The kit’s special addition of Carrier RNA assists in the binding of trace amounts of RNA to the spin column, improving the recovery efficiency of trace RNA without affecting the RT-PCR. After the RNA is bound to the spin column, the residual PCR inhibitors on the spin column are removed by two wash buffers, and the total RNA is eluted with RNase-free water and is ready for immediate use in RT-PCR.
