M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase

Murine leukemia virus reverse transcriptase (M-MLV RTase) can synthesize DNA strands that are complementary to the template under the guidance of primers using single-stranded RNA or DNA as a template. This product uses the E. coli expression system, which is a highly purified recombinant enzyme.

The enzyme removes RNase H activity, has higher thermal stability, reverse transcription temperature up to 55℃, and optimal activity 37~50℃. It is widely used in the synthesis of first-strand cDNA, and the specificity and cDNA yield are significantly improved, and the length is significantly larger than that of the first and second generation reverse transcriptase. This product produces cDNA up to 12 kb in length.
