Grinding rods(for 1.5 ml tubes)

In nucleic acid extraction experiments, the grinding of materials is a very important step. However, for the nucleic acid extraction of small samples, it is not suitable to use common bowl ceramic grinders or instruments, first, it has a large capacity and a high sample loss rate. Second, nucleic acids in many lysates (especially lysates containing high salts) will be adsorbed by ceramic grinders that are essentially silica, and the output of nucleic acids will be reduced. The grinding rod perfectly solves the defects of the above grinding methods.
