Introduction
This product is a liquid blood preservation reagent, which can immediately stabilize RNA in fresh blood after mixing with blood, and blood samples stabilized by blood RNA protect reagent can be matched with Simgen blood RNA extraction kit to extract blood RNA. Blood samples containing blood RNA protectors can be transported at room temperature. 2-8℃ can be stored for one week. Cryopreservation at -20℃ for two weeks does not affect the RNA extraction efficiency. Freezing at -70℃ for more than two years did not affect the RNA extraction efficiency, and there was no obvious degradation of the extracted RNA electrophoresis.
