ASFV DNA qPCR Identification kit

This kit uses a pair of specific primers for African swine fever virus (ASFV) DNA, a specific fluorescent probe, Taq DNA polymerase, four monomeric nucleotides (dNTPs) and other components, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify the conserved gene of African swine fever virus DNA, and at the same time detects the virus DNA in the sample by external standard.

Introduction

This kit uses a pair of specific primers for African swine fever virus (ASFV) DNA, a specific fluorescent probe, Taq DNA polymerase, four monomeric nucleotides (dNTPs) and other components, and uses fluorescence PCR technology to amplify the conserved gene of African swine fever virus DNA, and at the same time detects the virus DNA in the sample by external standard.

Features:

  • The rapid test kit is easy to use, and the test reagents are pre-loaded into8 PCR tubes, eliminating the need for specialized preparation
  • The high-sensitivity version of the kit detects ASFV DNA from porcine serum up to a lower limit of 100 IU/ml.
  • It has good compatibility with different fluorescence PCR instruments at home and abroad
  • Different viral nucleic acid extraction methods can be designed for different samples according to user needs, and use with the kit together.

Experimental Data

Figure 1: amplification plot of ASFV DNA qPCR detection of 4 plasma protein powder samples.

It can be seen that samples 1-4 all have similar curves to the positive control, and it is judged that all 4 samples contain ASFV DNA components.
