On-Column DNase I Digestion Kit
- Recombinant DNase I protein expressed by E. coli, RNase-free.
- Digestion at room temperature on the column.
- Remove DNA interferences and improve the elution efficiency of RNA on the column.
- It is easy to operate, and the DNA digestion product can be washed off directly with the wash.
Introduction
DNase I is an endonuclease that digests single- or double-stranded DNA to produce single-deoxynucleotides or single- or double-stranded oligodeoxynucleotides. This product can be directly added to the purification column to digest DNA during RNA column purification, and then washed away monodeoxynucleotides or oligodeoxynucleotides by Buffer WA wash to obtain DNA-free, high-purity RNA.
