2×PCR Mix
2×PCR Mix is an optimized PCR master mix with twice the concentration. Suitable for routine PCR, it can amplify fragments up to 4 kb from genomic DNA or up to 5 kb from λDNA. The product is easy to use, you only need to take 0.5 times the volume of the PCR system to take 2× PCR Mix, add primers and template, and make up the volume with ddH2O. The target product, amplified with 2× PCR Mix, has an Adenine base attached to the 3′ end and can be cloned directly into T-Vector.

Storage
