20×SYBR Green I

SYBR Green I binds to dsDNA and the fluorescence signal is enhanced 800-1000-fold. In the PCR reaction, when SYBR Green I fluorescent dye is added, it is specifically incorporated into the DNA duplex, resulting in an enhanced fluorescence signal, while the fluorescence signal of the SYBR Green I dye molecule in the unincorporated strand remains unchanged, ensuring that the increase in fluorescence signal is completely synchronized with the increase in PCR products. Fluorescence can be determined in the annealing phase or in the extension phase.

How to Use:

20 × SYBR Green I concentrate, dilute the concentrate 20-100 times to achieve a final concentration of 0.5 × in the PCR reaction (adjustable between 0.2 × and 1 ×). For example, to prepare a total volume of 50 μl of PCR reaction, 0.5-2.5 μl of 20× SYBR Green I concentrate should be added.

 

Storage

It can be transported at low temperature and stored at -20℃ for more than 2 years.
