Introduction
After the bacteria are lysed by lysozyme, the cells are lysed with a strong lysis buffer and filtered to remove impurities such as genomic DNA and cell debris. Ethanol was added to the filtrate containing RNA and then added to the spin column, the RNA was bounded on the spin column, and the residual protein and PCR inhibitors were filtered and removed.
