Introduction

This kit is designed for the extraction total DNA from 200 μl fresh or frozen anticoagulated whole blood. The reagents provided in the kit can be prefilled into 2.2 ml 96 deep-well plates, and with the magnetic bead-based nucleic acid automatic extractor, only need to add a blood sample to the well equipped with Buffer LC, and the instrument can automatically complete a series of processes such as blood DNA release, adsorption, washing and elution, and finally the obtained DNA is dissolved in Buffer TE and can be immediately used in various molecular biology experiments.
