Description
Proteinase K digestion to releases DNA, and with the assistance of Carrier RNA, trace amounts of DNA can be efficiently bound to the spin column. After washing the spin column with wash buffer, the DNA on the spin column can be directly eluted with Buffer TE or water and can be directly used in various molecular biology experiments.
