Introduction
After the stool DNA preservation solution is mixed with a stool sample, it can quickly penetrate into the microorganism in the stool, so that the microorganisms in the stool are in a semi-lysed state, and the enzymes in the microorganisms are quickly inactivated to achieve a stable state of DNA preservation.
Stool samples stabilized with stool preservation solution can be equipped with Simgen Stool DNA Purification Kit (Simgen Cat. No. 4111050) to extract the stool DNA. The DNA in the stool sample can be stored at room temperature (15-25°C) for more than 6 months without degradation after being stabilized by the stool preservation solution and can be stored at 2-8°C or lower for more than 2 years to keep the DNA from being degraded.
