Plant DNA Extraction Kit
For extracting DNA from 50-200 mg of biological samples from different sources (including plants, fungi, feces, bacteria, animal tissues, blood, etc.), and is most suitable for isolating and purifying total DNA from samples that cannot be completely dissolved.
Plant DNA Extraction Kit
- The sample is highly versatile:plants, fungi, feces, bacteria, animal tissues, blood, etc.
- Sample volume: 50~200 mg
- Suitable for samples that cannot be completely lysed.
- Easy and fast to operate.
- No need of proteinase K.
- Preparetotal plant DNA in 30-40 min.
- The specially designed lysis bufferwith the interference of polysaccharide derivatives in plants
- No need of RNases: Specially spin columns only efficiently adsorb large fragments of genomic DNA.

Introduction
The kit uses a strong lysis buffer to lyse biological samples, while denatured protein fractions and cell debris are precipitated from the pellet, and the genomic DNA retained in the supernatant can be adsorbed directly onto the spin column without the need for additional ethanol or high-salt components. The specially designed buffer and spin column can efficiently adsorb only large fragment of genomic DNA and remove RNA without additional RNase digestion.
