Hypersensitive Reverse Transcriptase
Third-generation M-MLV reverse transcriptase obtained by genetic modification and recombinant technology. The enzyme removed RNase H activity relative to wild-type M-MLV reverse transcriptase, and greatly improved reverse transcription speed and thermal stability (maximum tolerance temperature of 60°C), enhancing tolerance to the complex secondary structure of RNA. High-sensitivity reverse transcriptase has strong anti-interference and very high reverse transcription efficiency for low-copy RNA templates, and is the preferred reverse transcriptase for RT-PCR nucleic acid detection kits.

It can be transported at low temperature, stored at -20℃ for more than 2 years.
